Dates molasses contain a very large percentage of the iron element.
Made purely with the juice of pressed plump dates, Odysea date molasses is a caramel-colored, rich syrup with a deep, treacly sweetness and a thick, velvety smooth texture. Persian semi-soft dates are used for the production of our molasses, lending a full, treacly flavor with a honeyed sweetness.
